QwikPass
Private pilot buildFor independent restaurants

Run the queue, counter and kitchen handoff in one place.

Start with the service you already operate. QwikPass adds an optional digital turn, focused counter billing, private invoices and food-ready updates around your outlet’s existing payment methods.

Before the first shift

Configure the outlet once. Keep control with the owner.

01

Create the organization

The organization owns the plan, businesses, outlets and access.

02

Add the first outlet

Set its address, preparation time, public directory status and payment methods.

03

Build the menu

Add item prices, taxes and the optional identifiers your invoice needs.

04

Assign two staff

Give each person an outlet and role, then add permissions only where needed.

During service

Digital turns are optional. The operating record is not.

A called QwikPass guest and a normal walk-in can both be billed at the counter. Paid orders move to preparation; invoices stay in the outlet’s history.
