QwikPass
Implemented in the pilot buildDigital queue

Give guests a turn without forcing an account.

A guest can join from the browser, keep a private live pass and return when the outlet moves the turn closer. Normal walk-ins remain part of the restaurant’s service.

Guest experience

Private by default. Useful without notifications.

The pass exposes only that guest’s turn. No name, phone number or account is required to join. Browser alerts are optional; the live pass remains the source of truth.

Wait estimates

Digital turns plus what staff sees in the outlet.

A universal line cannot be forced on every walk-in. QwikPass therefore combines active digital turns with an outlet-provided in-store wait band and displays a range rather than a guaranteed time.

Estimate, not appointment

Conditions can change. The outlet remains responsible for call order and service decisions.

Walk-ins still work

Staff can continue direct service and update the observed wait signal when conditions change.

Alerts are optional

Browser notifications require permission. WhatsApp and SMS are separate provider-dependent delivery channels.

Guests can try the public outlet flow; restaurant teams can set up the pilot workspace.
