No “unlimited” claim with a hidden cap.
The owner counts as one named user. Pending invitations reserve a seat; expired or revoked invitations release it. Flex, Growth and Pro can add five-user packs for ₹199/month. Larger teams move to Enterprise.
Outlet licensing: Every paid Outlet needs its own licence. Management limits are not bundles of free Outlets.
Flex balance: Metered services will use a prepaid balance with low-balance alerts. New work pauses before admission when credit is unavailable; accepted turns and reserved bills finish.
Bundled-plan hard stops: At an active, monthly journey or invoice limit, new work pauses before it starts. Existing work continues.
Messaging: Browser/FCM alerts are included. WhatsApp and SMS use transparent provider cost plus ₹0.10; provider activation is still pending.
